I am running 3.1.2 jailbroken and I have had this issue where my dock icons are lower than they should be and there is a reflection stuck on the bottom. At one point I installed reflectivedock but have since uninstalled. I am trying to fix this issue not only because it cuts off the words but a theme I am trying to install will not line up correctly because of this issue(see pic).
I have tried respringing, restarting, restoring then rejailbreaking and syncing, and restoring then syncing then jailbreaking. I have tried reinstalling and uninstalling reflectivedock. If it makes any difference Enabling or disabling under settings makes no difference the icons stay reflective.
Is there anything else I can do to try and fix the issue? I am fairly competent when it comes to ssh so if there is a solution I should be able to manage. Also, if I move the icons out they go back to normal but putting any icons in the dock immediately causes the reflection and misalignment. Thanks guys!
