Help: MMS can receive but can't send.

I don't understand whats wrong.

I have AT&T however I do not have an iPhone plan.

I have an iPhone 3g.

I can receive the picture messages

BUT CAN'T SEND

These are my settings:

APN: wap.cingular
USERNAME BLANK
PASS BLANK
MMSC: http://mmsc.cingular.com
MMS PROXY: 066.209.011.032
MSS MAX message size: 614400
MMS UA Prof URL BLANK.


Please help, AT&T has no idea whats wrong, and without actually having an iPhone plan, no body will help me.

I kno it will work however.

EVERYTHING ELSE MINUS VISUIAL VOICEMAIL DOES

Goes to figure that I would find this answer myself, right after posting this.

Oh well.

If you have this problem.

Go to network settings and enable 3G

Worked for me, weird why it wont work unless its enabled?
