Help moving iMovie audio to Garageband

Hi Everyone
I have a few Summer Video clips that would make great ring tunes, but I am not sure how I move the audio from them into Garageband. I am sure this would be possible, but I have not found away of doing it.

Can anyone from the forum help me with this, I have iMovie'09, on a MacBook.

in imovie 09 choose - Share > Export Using Quicktime
Click on 'Options' in the save window. Deselect 'Video' and only enable 'Audio'. Choose the settings you want.

Another way is to share the video. Import the video in Garageband and cut out the audio track.

Go to Share->Media Browser... then after it's exported open up the media tab in garageband and drag in the imovie project.
