Help: MTU Failed on wired connection from XBox360 to Time Capsule

I purchased a Time Capsule which works excellently with my MBP and MBA laptops. I plugged in my XBox360 via wired Ethernet cable and I am having no luck connecting to XBox Live. The test fails on the MTU.

I even tried changing the settings on the Time Capsule by entering a DHCP reservation for the Xbox360 (used 10.0.1.35) by its MAC address and then enabling the NAT default host at 10.0.1.35.

Even with the changes above, it still gets an MTU Failed in the Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

Any ideas on what I need to do/change to get this setup to work?
