HELP...my 2012 iMac WD hard drive is slowing down bad! Look at these numbers...computer takes forever to do anything...its bottlenecking my whole system.

Okay, it's perfectly normal for a spinning HDD.

I don't see anything wrong here. My 7200rpm drive, when brand new, had read/writes of around 80-90MB/s.

If you want something faster, get an SSD.
 
One thing I always do for slow hard drives is erase the free space. To do this, open Disk Utility, select the hard drive,cgo to the erase tab, and select erase free space. This won't delete your files, it just removes the remnants of the files you already deleted.

These hard drives are rated at 110 read and write, i was getting that and faster when I first got my computer. Im suffering a 20%+ speed hit
