Help my iPhone will not work I downloaded iOS 7

So I downloaded iOS 7 and like now it says
"We’re unable to complete your activation.
This device is not registered as part of the iPhone Developer Program.If you are a member of the Program, please register your device in the iPhone Developer Program Portal."

so like help what do I do I'm not a developer and I didn't used a torrent to download it. Is there any way to reset my phone now. It won't let me go to the screen where I can restore or load another OS on it.

If you were aware you would know that if you aren't paid for a dev account, you can't use the beta.
