I'm on my third, no problem, Apples got plenty of extra iPhone 4's. I went to my local Apple store and they didn't even look at it, its so common they just handed me a new one each time. Little did I realize I'd be returning so many.

The return experience is common place these days. Apple will be replacing tons of these. Other than costing you your time, its a smooth process.
