Please! I have no idea what's wrong. There's the server globe icon that says Network on my desktop that wont go away, and one in a transparent cube that says "static". On my HD, there's a bunch of transparenty folders that i can't move and when they ask for my password (I'm the administrator) it's wrong, and that never happens! It's my international everything password. My user folder is on my desktop as a copy, and there's documents everywhere that say ".DS_Store" EVERYWHERE. Everything I do, more $#!t appears! PLEEZ HELP!

Sounds like the Finder is displaying invisible files. This isn't a standard option, have you used any third party programs to change this? I think it's an option in Tinkertool, so if you don't have it, download it and deselect that option.

That's friggin awesome, it worked! I'm eternally grateful. A lot of stuff goes on, I'm glad I can't see it :)
