HELP! My MacBook's Internet Is SUPER SLOW

Hi guys, I really need help with my MacBook.
It is the Unibody Aluminum MacBook that first came out.

I have had my MacBook for over a year with no problems at all. But about a week ago my internet slowed down extremely. I would have to refresh the site a couple of times in order for it to load. I have tried emptying my cookies, cache and resetting my browser. I thought it was the browser, but it is slow using Chrome, Safari and Firefox.

I thought it might be my router but all my other computers are fine.

It seems like my internet is the slowest when on ebay or logging onto sites.

Any help would be appreciated!

1. make sure your router is up to date
2. make sure you try changing the wireless channel on your router
3. try changing your DNS server
