My son and I updated our iphones last night to ios7. This morning we realized I am getting his texts and he is getting mine. There were messages that popped up on my phone after he set his up. It is because he uses my apple id and email. Please help!!:mad:

One of you needs to turn iMessages off, or create a new Apple ID.

Its to do with iMessenger and Email iD confusion.
Login with your own iD on your phone and log out his phone.

If you're talking about iMessage it is because the email and phone numbers registered on both devices are the same. I believe you can individually set that up. Look under settings messages. If you make it unique on each device does it stick to only that device?

Cheers,

just swap the phones - easy :p

My texts are going to both phones and his are going to both phones.

I fixed it - his phone number was showing up under message settings.
