Me and my girlfriend are staying with my grandparents for a while and they have a Westwell 7500 router for wirelss. My girlfriend has a PC and its hooked up just fine to it but my Mac wont. I have tried restarting the computer, turning the airport off and on and unplugging the modem for a couple of seconds and then plugging it back in. I don't know if there is a setting on the Westwell that can make it work with Mac or even how to get to its settings. I really need the computer because I take classes online and its linked with only my Mac.

Im not sure, I read that lots of people have problems with the Westwell 7500 and Mac's and that some people could get internet with an ethernet cable but I don't have one here. My Mac works perfectly fine at my house, just here I am having so much issuses and don't know what to do.
Also try the steps in the Apple Document (and bookmark this site) Troubleshooting Wi-Fi issues. See if that helps your situation.
