Help Need,How to purchase vapor case(I got the coupon code)

I just received E-mail from element case include a coupon code for purchase vapor case .

It also said the purchase will started at 12 noon PDT .

Anybody could tell me

What's the PDT time now ?

Where should I put the coupon code to enable the purchase button for Vapor Case ?

You will see a spot when you click the link to go the order page. Also paste the number into the comments section of the final order to be on the safe side.
