HELP - Need time to NOT change in morning

I have 2 machines - 10.5.4 and 10.4.11

I am recording a private satellite feed that broadcasts classes all night - that provider is not changing time until 8am Sunday morning.

I have both machines unchecked to sync their time with Apple - is that all i need to do? This was easier when there was a DST check box.

Thanks - i've tried searching around here and Apple, and can only find how to apply the patches Apple issued.

For the record - BOTH computers changed the time despite being set to not sync.

This is what i was afraid of.... at least i "just" lost one class.

Rumor has it that you can't disable this.

I guess i'll be calling Apple over it - why do i have to jump thru hoops to get something like this. UGH.
