My daughter is on unemployment.
In Florida you must file your weeks claimed by logging on to their website and entering the information requested.
When you are finished you close the screen.
They don't provide a confirmation number, email, code or any type of evidence you have filed.
They are denying my daughter 4 weeks of compensation.
They are saying she didn't file.
Is there some kind of register/record we could access proving she visited their website on a certain date and time?
She has a Apple laptop and uses a Safari browser.
