Help needed for AirTag mystery

Desperately need any amateur AirTag detective help….
So I’m on holiday in Bali and we have an AirTag in my daughters beloved teddy bear. We went on a short 20 minute walk and realised we’d lost him in that time.
Checked the tracker straight away which sent us to a location. He’s not there and we searched for 12 hours. Ultra wide band does not work in Bali and the “last seen” hasn’t updated in 24 hours. Does anyone have any ideas. When I get to the area and press find it just searches for signal (despite showing 4g) - we leave in 8 days and can’t leave without him. Any help much appreciated

Indonesia has a very low iOS market share. AirTag probably won’t help much in this situation.

Well, firstly, you posted the same image twice? (and a thumbnail would be nicer for those people accessing the site on their phones)

Surprised that UWB would actually be disabled by locale?! (edit: just took a look - it seems there's several countries that haven't given regulatory approval for it ). You should still be able to use bluetooth finding to get close, then have the airtag play a sound to locate it? The image you posted says you're 2.6km from the airtag - so, you can definitely get closer than that just using your GPS and bluetooth!!!
