Help needed installing After Effects...

Hi everyone!

I have recently got hold of After Effects 7 from a friend, however, i am unsure if it will install on my Mac (ibook G4) or is only for Windows. I have attached a screen grab of the folder that contains all the documents. If someone could point me in the right direction or tell me that i have a copy meant for Windows only i would be grateful.
