Help needed on Tomatocart

Hi all,
i'm working on 2 different projects on tomatocart, they're both in italian language and I have the exact same problem in both of them:

paypal standard module even if configured is never shown on the checkout process and I cant' solve it.

Any help would be really appreciated, i can also pay for it because i'm in a real rush and i gotta finish them asap
