help needed to resolve Iphone 3GS that keeps auto rebooting

hi guys,

I need help on my iphone 3GS. My phone keeps rebooting on its own. It passes by the apple logo and hit the screen where i have to keep my screen password but when i press the password it does not register. The whole screen hanged and it auto reboots again back to the apple logo and then the screen does not allow me to key the password again.

Can someone please help me on this problem of mine?

I guess i have the same problem, but i dont have a password, so it logs back to the main menu, and when i start using it, it reboots within 5 minutes.
mine is also 3GS, and might be a hardware problem.
