Hey guys,

I have been doing a windows 7 training course on my mac today which involves me remoting to windows 7 machines. My problem is that when I try and use the Backslash "\" key it does the # sign. This is causing me problems when am using CMD and even with some login details.

I have tried to use the on screen keyboard but this still does the same. Can anyone advise me what the backslash "\" key is when your in bootcamp as it will probably be the same.

I know some functions are different as such as the # which is alt + 3.

Thanks for any advice given :)

Sorry guys just had a look at this on bootcamp on my MacBook pro and it's the same key seems that their must have been a problem with the training course I wasn't the only one so I hope this is all ok tomorrow.

Thanks anyway guys
