Hey guys,

I updated a Macbook Pro that was bought from a school and now it says that network account unavailable. Can someone walk me through how to get past this? I have so much work that needs to be done and this was completely unexpected.

Side Note: It's requiring that I change my password to proceed but in doing so it doesn't accept any type of password. I've met all character requirements! Please help!

The school needs to remove the computer their Active Directory; that's why it says that. I would contact the school and have them remove the computer. If you're curious, the only the way to remove it is the connect the computer to the school network and then remove it.

If they can't do that, I'm pretty sure if you wipe the computer it will also fix this issue.
