HELP! New iTunes install and major question with syncing!

I had to reformat my HDD and re installed a new iTunes. Now how do I get it to re download all my prorgrams and mp3`s from my phone to iTunes? I downloaded a new game and want to sync it but it won`t I go to just Applications and its telling me it will replacing everything. I fear i`m going to lose all my stuff....HELP!!
 
Ok I got the purchases back on my iTunes but it still won`t download Enigmo to the phone my new purchase
