Help - New simcard!!

Hey,

I just got a new sim-card for my unlocked iPhone 4S because I've moved abroad. Do I have to do anything special to keep all the contacts/pictures/apps on my iPhone before switching the simcard?

Your SIM card has nothing to do with the content saved on your device so swapping out SIMs won't have any effect on those things.
