help! No boot.....

Hey all,

New to the thread and on my phone. Searched the forums briefly and don't think there's a solution, but some genius may save me...

Tried every start up possible, safe mode, ram reset, recovery.. The only one that doesn't end up with the Mac turning off while booting is Verbose mode.

Attached is the text that comes up when booting in Verbose....

I have a 2011 17" MacBook Pro running Yosemite.

I think it needs reformatting but my last back up was several months ago. May just have to bite the bullet and do it...
