Help...no sim card installed after ios 5.0.1 jailbreak

I have jailbreaked using pwnagetool and cannot use phone as keep saying no sim card installed.

Activated iphone 4 with original carrier sim card, but when i put my sim then i have this problem. Was working fine previously on 4.3.2.

My firmware is 01.59.00, using ultrasn0w 1.2.5, and version 5.0.1 (9A405).

Please help
