HELP!! Not sure where this goes.

So, about 2 months ago, my iPad screen got cracked, so I replaced it. Well, after replacing it and even now my subscriptions to my magazines seem to not carry over. Let me explain. It shows the Sept issue, the first one I got, but nothing else. I go to the store and try to sign in but I never made a log in. Now, it gives me the option to buy the issue which I have been doing every month but I don't want to keep doing that if I already subscribed. I click subscribe and I get a notice stating I'm already subscribed to the magazine and this is when it's up for renewal. What am I suppose to do?
