Help now please with driver problem

Okay, i have done everything through boot camp. Now it's the part where i install the windows 7. When i try it's missing a driver "LOAD driver" but there are no drivers to select? how..
 
I mean if it is a selfmade ISO of windows... I know you "extracted" that ISO to the stick...
I had something similar because my ISO was damaged...

Normally there is a pack of drivers you can use to install...

But there are no drivers to select..
