Hey all,

ok so this is really odd.. Please see the attached screenshot. This is what happened:

I had 10 unread emails on my iPhone XS Max running the latest iOS 13. I hit „mark all“ and accidentally clicked on „mark as spam“. Well.. my inbox contained round about 36.000 E-Mails at that time and so I was shocked about what I just did. I immediately shook the iPhone to undo what I just did but this seemed to have messed up my iCloud E-Mail for good.

I went to my Mac to see if everything was still there and that was the case. I marked everything as „no spam“ and thought that this might have done the trick…

It didn’t…

Right now my Inbox on my Mac shows me 36.477 Mails (which is accurate).

iCloud.com shows me 89.854 Mails giving me thousand of thousand of duplicates.

And my iOS Devices (iPhone XS Max and iPad Pro) are totally gone.. they show all mails mixed up starting with today and quickly going down to 2018, 2017 and so on. If I use the search bar on my iOS device, it will find the messages however..

What can I do?

Is there any chance to get into contact with an apple staff member that can do a little more than advise me to activate/deactivate iCloud on iOS? I did that and of course it did not help.

Thanks a lot!
