help on changing proxi in safari

Hi Folks -

I have an issue have been trying to solve for a while. I want to watch american tv, and italian tv, however their websites (for example FOX) do not allow me to watch their shows because i am in the UK. I have tried foxyproxi for firefox and another plug-in i can't remember the name of to connect via proxies, so with american or italian IP, but they seem to have been all designed for windows, so basically they don't work with my MBA. Are you aware of any plug in for safari I could use? Or anything else?

For american TV, use Hotspot Shield.

For italian TV I don't know of any way.

Thansk, but i have installed hotspot shield, turned that on, and fox still tells me that i can only see its shows if i am in the US
