My contract isn't up for a while after recently getting a blackjack 2 when i moved over to at&t, but my sister is eligible for an upgrade in September. I really want to get an iphone by using her upgrade and then giving her my phone. i cant afford the unsubsidized price since im just an average poor college student but does anyone think Apple would let me buy one at the upgrade price if we sign a new contract for my sister since its only just about a month before her eligibility? I would think an At&t store would be more likely to do this but Apple is the only stores with any in stock here in Orlando so just wondering on how you think they would deal with the situation?
