my 2012 MacBook pro has a ram problem
the thing is that when I put the ram in the mac and all that in a startup the mac starts beeping and a black screen (btw I have totalav)

This happened to me when I was upgrading the ram in my 2010 13". Apperantly, the macs are very picky with ram sticks. Try putting one apple stock ram in the top slot (last) and one ram stick you bought in the bottom slot (first). See if that works.

For me, my 2010 is running 10gb of ram even though it can run 16gb, just wouldnt work with both 8gb sticks.

You should also be unplugging the battery and/or with one finger touching the aluminum body to ground it.

If that doesn't help, try booting with only one memory slot filled. If that works, add the second stick.
