so I made a preorder for an att iPhone 6s Plus "pay in full". But I recently found out we might be switching from att to T-Mobile. Are these "pay in full" phones unlocked or are they still locked to there specific carriers? Should I just cancel my preorder and make a T-Mobile preorder? Will I be able to use the T-Mobile iPhone on att for the time being until I make the switch to T-Mobile?
