help: oscars guess the winner game

What i want is to play with my friends a "guess the winner" game for each oscars category.

Does such a game exist online? if now can i create one, do any web sites offer custom game creation online, so i can specify the parameters.

Id rather have a purely online submission form that can be edited by people upto a deadline )such as the day before the oscars).

Doctor Q has ran an oscars game on the forums for years now. He even goes to the effort of extrapolating our answers and ordering them by how many we answered correctly.
