Help Photobooth/webcam not working on my MacBook :(

hi, does anyone ever encounter this problem before ?

i seldom use the webcam/photo booth but i'm really sure that it works last month!!
now when i want to open the webcam/photo booth
it shows warning

"Photo Booth cannot open because no camera is attached or camera is in use by other application"

i try to restart and cloose all application, still the warning come up

can anyone help me please

Do (or did) you have any widgets that use the iSight?

no . i never use any widgets that use the camera
the only program that i ever use thet use the isight is only iAlert U
but it ws a long time ago and since then the iSight also still works properly
