iPod touch Help! Photo's Problem, and it's not what you think (well maybe it is)

I made a folder with all the photo's I wanted to synch with iPod touch (in Windows, there were 110 photo's in the folder)

I synched the folder in iTunes and a message cam up after it had optimised and syncehed and said "some pictures including xxx.jpg could not be synched with iPod because they can not be viewed on your iPod"

So i turned on my iPod and there were only 41 photo's synched and they looked like this

Obviously my iPod is jailbroken, but i don't think thats the problem

Wow, that's bizarre. Wish I had an iPhone or Touch to jailbreak and see if I could get similar results.

try re-syncing? No idea what caused the error unless you knocked the USB cable out while you were doing it?

Hmmm... I don't thinks so, but I'll try again... I'll post again in a few mins

No, still the same problem...

OK here's what i did

1. Installed Image Converter (easy graphic converter 1.2, google it)
2 Converted all to bmp
3 Synced BMP's
4 They all went on perfect with no quality difference
