Hi,
Recently my macbook pro (late 2007 model) had been working fine up until a couple of weeks ago, and suddenly it just crashed. Now when I try turn it on, the apple logo comes up and the wheel underneath spins as if it is loading then suddenly freezes, I have left it for ages and nothing happens.

I thought maybe the installation is corrupted, so tried to boot from a snow leopard install disc but when I do that it just seems to be loading then suddenly comes up with this screen http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/241/imagenog.jpg/sr=1

If anybody can help me identify/fix the problem it would be very much appreciated :)

Thanks,
Bryn

try resetting PRAM by doing P-R-COMMAND-OPTION on boot.

if that don't solve it... try doing an SMC reset (search google).

also... if that don't work... try taking out the RAM and resetting it.

tell us how those go
