Help please! Asking for a password that no longer exist

Hi all, I just deleted a user account on my mac that had a password enabled for when I try to change any settings... I made a new user account and deleted the old one, but it is still asking for my old password when I try and change settings. I enter in the old password but it doesn't accept it.

If anyone knows how to fix this, please help:confused:
