help please (firefox will not open)

hi guys
i bought an ibook G4 and I have safari for it because when I downloaded firefox it wouldnt open???
and also i cant open or delete my emails on msn or click in to certain things... can any1 tell me what i need to do???

What version of Safari are you using ?

Version 4 has issues with Microsoft mail

ya its four I have so should i download an older version and try it?

If you open up the file you downloaded for Safari 4, this will have a uninstaller and will put version 3 back on

If you dont have the downloaded file you should be able to download again and then when it runs select the uninstall option

Hopefully this should fix your Safari issues

nope that didnt work... so i downloaded firefox2 and its not updated enough so i downloaded the next one and it wont open... im so confused!! anyone know wat to do??

1. what version of OSX are you using?

2. try delete the firefox profile and restart the app.
