iPhone Help Please. I can't restore my phone..

i tried to reset in phone settings but it shows black screen with loading feature.So i put phone in recovery mode and detected iTunes don't have a backup file so iTunes shows 6.1.1 updation. Downloaded approx. 940mb file and iTunes started to extract the software.after extraction phone restarts showing apple logo and a progress bar came.may be 5-8% that get stucked there..Some times later got an error message -1 error.
I tried once more same procedure but failed..
I already jail-broken my device..

what should i do??please helpppp
