Help Please Iphone 3gs IOS4

Hey all i just updated my iphone 3gs to ios 4, it was jailbroken, now itunews is giving me a sync error after i install it, i guess the question is how do i completly remove itunes from my computer, so like i get the accept terms when i reinstall it, i can get all of the stuff off but when i reinstall i dont get the accept terms and it goes right to itunes with all my apps and stuff, are they connected to me thorugh my IP address or something? any help would REALLY be appreciated, because when i make another user account and use itunes from there everything is fine, very annoying.
