I'm running Tiger 10.4.11 on my mac book pro. After receiving 2 DVD'S with Leopard, I tried to upgrade, but after restart- there is a message: Can not installed on this computer. Does anyone can help?

Are they retail Leopard DVDs or the restore DVDs from another machine? If they are not retail DVDs then they can only be installed on the type of machine that they were shipped with.

(Restore DVDs are grey in colour)

It is restored DVD's. what is the different between restore and retail?
Is there any option to upgrade with the restored?

Restore DVDs are shipped with new Macs and are only licensed for use with that Mac. They are locked to only install on the type of Mac they shipped with. They are not meant to be sold on.

I'd return them to wherever you got them from and buy a legal, licensed copy of Leopard.
