Help please. Lion/ML on older C2D

Hi,

I have an oldish 13" Intel duo core 2ghz macbook, i have a 256gb SSD, 4 GB ram. currently running snow leopard like a dream. Just wondered is there anyway to run lion on this spec? will it be quick? and also would it be able to handle mountain lion? any feedback would be appreciated

thanks for reply guys, the model is MacBook 2,1 and i believe its 2007? and my grpahics card is GMA 950? got the info from system profiler

My machine (signature) run Lion too without a problem ...
