Help please push notifications not working :(

I have a iPhone 6s Plus on iOS 10 where push notifications are not working.

They use to work.

What version of iOS 10 in particular? Jailbroken? What have you tried to troubleshoot already, if anything?

I tried resetting network settings and rebooting.

This is with the app Unread with Refresh settings set to automatically.

Is it just this app, or all your apps?

If just that app -- log out of that app, delete it, re-install. There's a chance the app could have an expired identifier for your device to receive push notifications, as those identifiers can change from time to time.
