I deleted iTunes from my computer and failed to back up my settings. My mistake. I subsequently reinstalled iTunes.
Now I would like re-sync my iPhone and transfer Apps from the iPhone to iTunes. However, when I try to sync it's deleting Apps from my phone. Presumably because the Apps folder is blank in iTunes.
Is there now any way to transfer my Apps & settings from my phone to iTunes?
