iPod touch Help Please! Transferring Music and Downloaded Application Issues

I downloaded games using the application store from another laptop and itunes. Now I am downloading music from my imac desktop. Music download was successful. But afterwards all the downloaded games won't work. What seems to be problem. I already tried downloading again the applications. But everytime I put songs to my ipod touch 2g the downloaded application games won't work. Please help.

Can I download music w/o destroying my previously downloaded application games from a different itunes/laptop?

nope, but you can take a thumb drive and transfer the apps (.ipa files) to one of your computers.
