Help Please

I have pics on my iphone that I uploaded about 2 years ago. I want update my phone but am afraid that I might lose my pics. Does any know of a program where I can rip all my pics? Please remember these aren't pictures that I have taken with my iphone. Any help would be great.

I use Phone View to transfer all sorts of things from my iPhone to my Mac, including photos. It works well. I'm sure there are other programs out there that may be more specific to just photos, but this is one solution for you to consider.
