Hey guys, so a friend of mine has an iPhone 3G that's currently running 3.1.3 and is jailbroken. Thing is, she doesn't care for theming and only uses Winterboard to change the dock. I'm not very jailbreak savvy but is there a way to have this done without Winterboard? I feel like it's just causing too much lag to justify it's minimal usage.
