I've installed Lion and am learning. In my Finder I do not see my System (Hard Drive) listed. I see Favorites, Shared, Devices.

How do I get the System to show up?

And where is My Library?

Many thanks

Finder preferences, sidebar, choose hard drive.

User Library is hidden. Show by holding down option key then going to Go menu. Or from the go menu choose Go To Folder, and type in ~/Library

Thank you.

Is there a way to end Dashboard other than pressing escape or the little arrow in the right corner? I believed that in Snow Leopard you clicked anywhere to end it.

I use the Kindle for Mac app and have discovered that it is not compatible. Hopefully it will be fixed soon,

I'm posting all my questions here.

Since installing Lion I keep getting a message that says "There was a problem connecting to the server. URLs with this type "file:" are not supported.

What is this?
