HELP PLS messages not syncing between watch and phone

Hello everyone,
i have a small issue but its pretty annoying.

so if i received a message it shows on both watch and iPhone which is great, however
if i choose to reply through my phone and i send a message. that message i sent does not show in the apple watch conversation.

is this happening to everyone or is there something wrong with my watch? and how do i fix it pls?

Had this problem with mine. Sign out if iMessage then sign right back in.

This is seeming to be a problem for a lot of users. I figured it out by going to my iPhone Settings, signing out of iMessage, then sign back in. Make sure when you sign in both your phone number and e-mail are checked for iMessage then restart your iPhone and Apple Watch and all should be good. This is just what I did and now everything is working perfectly. I was getting messages but all of my sendings ones had failed until I found my own solution. Let me know if this works for you.
