Double tap the Shift Icon whilst typing, to turn it blue after the settings, blue means Caps Lock and tap it again to turn it off.

As mentioned above, you must first enable Caps Lock, then you can double tap the shift key to lock Caps on.
Alternatively, you can hold your left thumb on the shift key while typing one-finger with your right hand. This will enter caps until you lift your thumb.
Maybe this is a more useful way to do it, maybe not. But at least it's a different way.
