Help Plz iphone 3gs error 28

ok i was given a iphone 3gs and its stuck in a recovery loop and will not enter dfu mode i attempted to restore to 4.3.5 and recieved error 28 i have read it is a hardware issue

all i want to know is if there is a fix

i know nothing about the phone and have no SHSH blobs or knowledge of its previous IOs or jailbreak info

sir try use ireb..in dfu mode den click restore in 4.2.1

ive tried ireb but the iphone will not go into dfu mode because of the recovery loop
